DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Bosjacob (Proprietary) Limited
(“Bosjacob”) purchased the following Octodec linked units on 9 December 2013:
- 500 000 Octodec linked units at a price of R20.00 per linked unit on the open market, with a total
value of R10 000 000.
Non-Executive chairman Sharon Wapnick and managing director Jeffrey Wapnick each have an indirect
beneficial holding of 33.3% in the share capital of Bosjacob respectively.
Clearance to deal was received in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
