In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008) ("Companies
Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that RBA
has received notification in terms of section 122(1) of the Companies Act that Midbrook Lane (Pty)
Ltd, Riskowitz Capital Management LLC and Protea Asset Management LLC have acquired
20.31% of the securities of the company.
RBA confirms that it has received the required notice in terms of section 122(1)(a) of the Companies
Act and the company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
