ADvTECH received a notice on Thursday, 12 December 2013, from Old Mutual Group (“Old Mutual”)
regarding their interest in securities of ADvTECH. ADvTECH shareholders are advised that Old Mutual
previously held 10.62% of the securities in ADvTECH and, following this disposal, Old Mutual, in
aggregate, now holds 9.15% of the total issued share capital of ADvTECH.
This notice is issued pursuant to Section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and Paragraph
3.83 (b) of the JSE Limited Listing Requirements.
