NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2013, was dispatched today, Friday, 13 December 2013, and
contains no changes from the audited summarised consolidated annual financial statements which were
released on SENS on 7 October 2013.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting which will be held at 09:00 on
Friday, 24 January 2014 at the Atterbury Theatre, Lynnwood Bridge Office Park, 4 Daventry Road,
Lynnwood Manor, Pretoria.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 10 January 2014 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 17 January 2014.
