Shareholders of HCI ("HCI Shareholders") are advised that, in terms of the notice of general meeting
issued on 13 November 2013, the requisite majority of HCI Shareholders approved all of the ordinary
and special resolutions tabled at the general meeting of the HCI Shareholders held today, 13
December 2013.
