RESULTS OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING AND EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
With reference to the SENS announcement dated Thursday, 14 November 2013 and the circular
posted to ordinary and participating preference shareholders of RAC on the same date, RAC is
pleased to announce that, earlier today, all the special and ordinary resolutions set out in the
notices convening the special general meeting of participating preference shareholders, and the
extraordinary general meetings of participating preference shareholders and ordinary shareholders,
were duly passed.
At the special general meeting of participating preference shareholders, shareholders representing
54.43% of the participating preference shares in issue were present or represented at the meeting
and voted unanimously in favour of all resolutions.
At the extraordinary general meeting of ordinary and participating preference shareholders,
shareholders representing 94.16% of the voting rights were present or represented at the meeting
and voted unanimously in favour of all resolutions.
