REMOVAL OF UPSTREAM GUARANTOR
Notice is hereby given, that following the request for consent
notice issued to Noteholders on 21 November 2013, requesting the
Noteholders to consider and, if thought fit, to consent to the
release of IQ Academy Proprietary Limited (“IQ Academy”) as an
Upstream Guarantor under the Programme, the motion was approved by
the required majority of Noteholders at a meeting on 13 December
2013 in accordance with Condition 20 of the Terms and Conditions.
Real People wishes to inform the Noteholders that as of 17 December
2013, all Notes currently in issue will cease to carry IQ Academy as
an Upstream Guarantor.
