NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of BCX (“Shareholders”) are advised that the
integrated report which includes the annual financial statements
for the year ended 31 August 2013 (“Integrated Report”) will be
distributed to Shareholders today, 17 December 2013 and contains
no changes to the audited summarised consolidated results which
were published on SENS on 19 November 2013. The Integrated Report
is available on the BCX website (www.bcx.co.za).
It is also hereby confirmed that the tenth annual general meeting
of Shareholders will be held at the Fundi Auditorium, Business
Connexion Park North, 789 Sixteenth Road, Randjespark, Midrand on
16 January 2014 at 11:00 to transact the business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting forming part of the Integrated
Report.
