PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATION AND FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the previous announcements released on SENS, the last of which
was released on 11 November 2013, in respect of the provisional winding up of BioScience. The
return date is scheduled for 27 January 2014. A liquidator has been appointed by the Master of
the High Court.
Under the circumstances shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
The listing of the company’s shares on the JSE Limited will remain suspended.
