TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Synergy has received
notification from –
- Vukile Property Fund Limited (“Vukile”) of the acquisition by Vukile of Synergy B linked units, such
that Vukile now holds 49.18% of Synergy’s issued B linked units; and
- Liberty Group Limited (“Liberty”) of the disposal by Liberty of Synergy B linked units, such that
Liberty now holds 0.15% of Synergy’s issued B linked units.
