Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Annual Financial Statements which are
contained in the Company’s 2013 Integrated Annual Report (“IAR”) for the year ended
30 September 2013, are available on the Company’s website on www.spar.co.za and
are unchanged from the audited summarised consolidated results which were published
on SENS on 13 November 2013.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held in
the boardroom, 22 Chancery Lane, Pinetown, Durban, South Africa on Tuesday, 11
February 2014 at 09:00, to transact business as stated in the notice which forms part of
the IAR.
