CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors (“the
Board”) of Blue announced today that Mr. Leonard Fine has
resigned as independent non-executive director. The
resignation will take immediate effect.
The Group would like to thank Leonard for his valuable
contribution during his tenure and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.
Furthermore, shareholders are advised that Mr Shaun Strydom,
who has previously fulfilled a part time executive director of
strategic projects role at Blue, will act in the capacity of
non-executive director on the Board of Blue going forward.
