DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF DELTA EMD LIMITED ORDINARY
SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of
the following:
Valmont EMD Holdings Limited (“Valmont”) has notified Delta EMD
that it has transferred 1 500 000 Delta EMD shares held by Valmont
to Delta Pension Nominees Limited UK (registration number 940038)
as a supplemental contribution to the Delta Pension Plan.
Accordingly, accounts under Valmont’s management has decreased its
holding in the company from 25 654 059 shares to 24 154 059
shares. Valmont’s holding in Delta EMD now represents 49.1% of the
issued share capital of the company, down from 52.2%.
