DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of
2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements,
linked unitholders are hereby advised that the Company has received
formal notification in the prescribed form of the following movements
in its securities:
i) Arrowhead Property Limited (“Arrowhead”) has acquired an
interest in the linked units of the Company such that the
total interest in the linked units of the Company held by
Arrowhead amounts to 31.7% of the total issued linked units
of the Company; and
ii) Coronation Fund Managers Limited (“Coronation”), on behalf
of its clients, has reduced its holding in the issued linked
units of the Company such that the total interest in the
linked units of the Company held by Coronation amounts to 0%
of the total issued linked units of the Company.
