DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF ELB ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122 of the Companies Act 2008 (“the Act”),
shareholders are advised of the following:
Bateleur Capital Proprietary Limited (“Bateleur”) has
notified the Company that it has increased its interest in
the ordinary shares of ELB from 4.9% to 5.3%.
As required in terms of section 122(3(a) of the Act, the Company
has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
