RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to Sable’s cautionary announcements of 11 April, 24 May, 8 July, 20 August,
2 October and 13 November 2013, relating to the proposed share acquisition detailed therein (“the
transaction”) and to the update to shareholders announcement of 19 November 2013.
Negotiations to conclude a formal written agreement as required by the letter agreement concluded
between Sable and Global Initiatives (Pty) Ltd (“Global”) on 9 April 2013 are continuing but at this
time consensus has not been reached on the terms thereof.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
