Shareholders are advised that subsequent to the share
consolidation which became effective on Monday 18 November 2013,
the ISIN number of the Company has been changed from
ZAE000092714 (“previous ISIN number”) to ZAE000180626 (“new ISIN
number”). Accordingly, shareholders are hereby further advised
that the notice of annual general meeting (“AGM”) and form of
proxy which was circulated together with the Company’s annual
integrated report on Friday, 20 December 2013 and which reflects
the previous ISIN number, will be regarded as having been
replaced with the new ISIN number for purposes of participating
at the Company’s AGM to be held on Friday, 24 January 2014.
