In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions
of Nedbank Limited (‘Nedbank’) Unsecured subordinated note –
“NED8” under sections 14, 16 and 35 (‘Optional redemption’) of
the Pricing Supplement dated 05 February 2007, investors are
herewith advised of the Full Capital Redemption of NED8
effective 08 February 2014.
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Registrar
of Banks has granted written approval of the early
redemption of the NED8 Note at the option of the Issuer.
