Amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements – Rights Offer Timetable
Bulletin 2 of 2014
The JSE has made amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements to reduce the timetable relating to
capital raising through rights offers by amending the rights offer/claw-back offer timetable.
Pursuant to Board Notice 274 of 2013 as published in the Government Gazette No.37209, the
effective date of Bulletin 2 of 2014 is 3 February 2014.
