The JSE has made amendments to the JSE Listings Requirements and the Debt Listings
Requirements to incorporate the provisions of the Financial Markets Act No. 19 of 2012.
Pursuant to Board Notice 259 of 2013 as published in the Government Gazette No.37162, the
effective date of Bulletin 1 of 2014 (for both the JSE Listings Requirements and the Debt Listings
Requirements) is 15 January 2014.
