Unitholders are advised that Fountainhead’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited financial
statements for the 11 months ended 31 August 2013, was dispatched today, Tuesday, 14 January 2014, and
contains no changes from the audited financial results which were released on SENS on 10 October 2013.
