DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PropTrax SAPY securities are advised that a
distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended 31
December 2013.
This distribution of 57.80824 cents per PropTrax SAPY security
is not subject to dividends withholding tax and comprises:
• 57.79832 cents in respect of interest.
• 0.00992 cents in respect of Dividends (Local) subject to
STC credits of 0.00992 cents (i.e exempt from tax).
This distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax SAPY
securities who were recorded in the register on 27 December
2013 and will be paid on Friday, 17 January 2014.
