Further to the announcement dated 18 October 2013 and the subsequent renewal of cautionary
announcement dated 29 November 2013, shareholders are advised that the pro forma financial effects
of the related party acquisition of NOSA Global Holdings Limited are still in the process of being
finalised.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
