CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on the
Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited dated 27
December 2013 whereby the Company announced that Mr. Leonard
Fine had resigned as independent non-executive director of
Blue.
Shareholders are hereby advised that Mr Alan Ber will assume
the role of chairman of the audit committee going forward to
replace Mr Leonard Fine.
