CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited’s Listings
Requirements, the board of Afdawn wishes to advise that Mr
Tjaart Kruger, the Group Financial Director, has resigned from
the Afdawn Board (“the Board”) with effect from 1 February
2014.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Kruger for his valuable
contribution to the Group during his tenure on the Board and
wishes him well going forward.
