Change to the board – Resignation and appointment of directors
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised of the resignation of Mr Jacobus Petrus (Kobie) Botha as an executive director
with effect from 23 January 2014, and the appointment of Mr Ross William Gardiner as
an independent non-executive director to the board.
Mr Gardiner is an engineer having completed a BSc(Hons) (Mining and Petroleum)
degree with approximately 30 years experience in the mining industry.
The board would like to thank Kobie for the valued contribution that he has made over
the past 5 years. He will continue working for the group in a reduced capacity as he
approaches retirement. We welcome Ross to the board.
