TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that
Ascension has received notification from –
- Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Coronation”) of the acquisition by Coronation (on behalf
of its clients) of Ascension A-linked units, such that Coronation’s total beneficial interest
(on behalf of its clients) is now 43.4% of Ascension’s issued A-linked units; and
- Capital Property Fund (“Capital”) of the disposal by Capital of Ascension A-linked units, such that
Capital’s total beneficial interest is now 4.86% of Ascension’s issued A-linked units.
