Further to the announcement published on SENS on 8 January 2014, holders of ZShares GOVI
units are advised that the final redemption proceeds for distribution on 28 January 2014 will be an
amount of 1 088.51 cents per unit.
The aggregate amount payable to each investor will be rounded to the nearest cent.
