CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Mr Mitesh Mohanlal Patel has resigned
as non-executive director of StratCorp Limited with effect from 22
January 2014. The Board wants to thank Mr Patel for his contribution
during the period that he served as chairman of the audit committee
and non-executive director of StratCorp and wish him well in his
endeavours.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr Francois David Olivier has
been appointed as the non-executive director with effect from 22
January 2014.
