UPDATE RELATING TO CHANGE OF NAME TO PURPLE GROUP LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and posting of annual
report announcement released on SENS on 14 November 2013, the results of AGM posted on SENS
on 13 December 2013 and the revised salient dates’ announcement released on SENS on 8 January
2014.
Shareholders are hereby advised that due to a backlog at the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission (“CIPC”) for the registration of the special resolution, the salient dates for the change of
name (“Salient Dates”), will be revised. Shareholders will be advised in due course of further revised
Salient Dates, once the special resolution has been registered with the CIPC.
