RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Linked unitholders of Vividend are hereby advised that with the exception of
ordinary resolution number 5, special resolution number 1 and special resolution
number 3, which were withdrawn prior to the annual general meeting, all of the
remaining ordinary and special resolutions were passed by the requisite majority
of linked unitholders at the annual general meeting of the Company held today,
27 January 2014.
