RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of EFG shareholders held on
Monday, 27 January 2014 (in terms of the notice of annual general meeting contained in the
company’s integrated annual report issued on Friday, 29 November 2013), all of the
resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of EFG shareholders.
