TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by 20% or more from the
financial results of the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2013 by
management, has indicated that the earnings per share and headline earnings per share are
expected to be between 32 and 35 cents per share (prior corresponding reporting period
earnings per share and headline earnings per share of 16.4 cents per share).
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and
reported on by Comair's external auditors.
The results for the six months ended 31 December 2013 are expected to be released on
SENS on or about 11 February 2014.
