CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF TWO BOARD COMMITTEES OF EXXARO
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders of diversified resources group Exxaro are advised that, Dr Constantinus
Johannes Fauconnier, who was appointed as an independent non-executive director to
the Board of Directors of Exxaro on 1 November 2013, was subsequently appointed to the
Audit Committee and the Sustainability, Risk and Compliance Committee with effect from
29 January 2014.
