DIVIDEND

Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised
of the following transactions by directors arising from a
scrip distribution entitlement in the Company’s ordinary
shares and the directors’ decision to receive the scrip
distribution rather than the cash dividend alternative. The
transactions are direct and beneficial in nature and were
completed on 29 January 2014. The price used in the scrip
entitlement calculation (as announced previously on SENS)
was R116.37 per ordinary share.
