Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 12 December 2013 and are
advised that Tower is still in negotiations in relation to the potential acquisition of further properties.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Tower securities
until a further announcement is made.
