UPDATE IN RESPECT OF SALIENT DATES FOR THE CHANGE OF NAME
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 9 December 2013 wherein the salient
dates and times in respect of the change of name of the company to Sable Metals and Minerals Limited were
published.
Shareholders are advised that the special resolution in respect of the aforesaid change of name, together with
all prescribed documents, have been filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission
(“CIPC”) for registration. Shareholders are hereby advised that due to a backlog at the CIPC for the
registration of the special resolution, the salient dates for the change of name (“salient dates”), will need to
be revised. Shareholders will be advised in due course of the revised salient dates, once the special resolution
has been registered with the CIPC.
