CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are hereby notified that that Mr. Graham Ferns has resigned as Financial Director of
Insimbi with effect from 1 February 2014 to pursue opportunities in the private sector.
Mr. Frederick Botha (CA(SA)), Commercial Director for the past 11 years and to whom the Financial
Director reported during his tenure, will with effect from 1 March 2014 also assume the day to day
responsibilities of the Financial Director of Insimbi. Mr. Botha is well versed in the role as he has
acted in this capacity on previous occasions, and has remained integrally involved in the financial and
reporting requirements of the group while still acting in his current capacity. He will therefore continue
to act in both roles as the synergies are significant.
The Board of Insimbi wish to thank Mr. Graham Ferns for his leadership and the contribution he has
made both as Financial Director and as a consultant, and wishes him every success with his new
career.
