NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF INTEREST
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and section
3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has
received a formal notification in the prescribed form
that Sanlam Investment Management (Proprietary) Limited
(“SIM”), acting as an agent of its clients, has acquired
an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company such
that the total interest held by SIM now amounts to 5.02%
of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
