AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF SPECIAL CASH DIVIDEND
Further to the “declaration of special cash dividend” as announced on SENS on 8 January 2014,
shareholders are hereby advised that the special dividend was incorrectly declared as a dividend
from income reserves and should have been a capital repayment.
As The Don does not have sufficient income reserves, the special dividend should have been
declared as a capital repayment from contributed tax capital, which is not subject to dividends tax.
The capital repayment amount payable to shareholders is therefore 16 cents per share.
Accordingly the revised capital repayment date is Wednesday, 5 February 2014.
