NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF ADCOCK INGRAM SECURITIES
In accordance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of
2008, as amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, Adcock Ingram shareholders are advised that the
Company has received formal notification that BB Investment Company
(Proprietary) Limited (“BB Investment”), a wholly-owned subsidiary
of The Bidvest Group Limited, has, in aggregate, acquired a
beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such that the
total of all beneficial interests in Adcock Ingram’s ordinary shares
held by BB Investment amounts to 32.03% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
