results for the year ended 31 December 2013 were submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BVB”) and to the Romanian
Financial Supervisory Authority today, 5 February 2014. These audited condensed consolidated financial results are available to
the public on request, in printed format, and in electronic format on the Company’s website: www.nepinvest.com.
The audited condensed consolidated financial results were released on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE,
