TRP121: NOTIFICATIONS OF DISPOSALS AND ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that Ascension has received notifications
from:
- The KSK Trust of its disposal of Ascension B linked units such that The KSK Trust now holds 0.0%
of Ascension’s issued B linked units;
- Cape Empowerment Trust Limited of its disposal of Ascension B linked units such that Cape
Empowerment Trust Limited now holds 0.0% of Ascension’s issued B linked units; and
- Rebosis Property Fund Limited (“Rebosis”) of its acquisition of Ascension B linked units such that
Rebosis now holds 29.05% of Ascension’s issued B linked units.
