Nampak wishes to announce the resignation with immediate
effect of Ms Nomfanelo Magwentshu as non-executive
director and member of the audit committee.
Ms Magwentshu has taken up a permanent position with a
major consulting firm which will require her full time
and attention. The board of directors of Nampak wishes
to thank Ms Magwentshu for her services as a non-
executive director and wishes her well in her new
endeavour.
A further announcement will be made in due course
regarding the membership of the audit committee.
