Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on 22 and 29 January 2014.
On 5 February 2014 the Company and Kose-Kose Investments Ltd agreed to have the matter
removed from the urgent roll in the North Gauteng High Court. Kose-Kose Investments Ltd
tendered to pay the wasted costs of the Company, inclusive of the costs of two counsel. The
Court granted an order to that effect.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
