In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and
paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Acucap linked unitholders are
advised that Acucap has received notification from Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Ltd
(“Coronation”) that Coronation (on behalf of its clients) has increased its beneficial interest in
Acucap, such that Coronation (on behalf of its clients) now holds 10.08% of the issued linked
units in Acucap.
