TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that
Arrowhead has received notification from Foord Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Foord”) of the
acquisition by Foord:
- on behalf of its client SBSA i.t.f. Nedgroup Investments Stable Fund (“SBSA”) of that number of:
- A-linked units in Arrowhead, such that SBSA’s total beneficial interest has increased to 6.17% of
Arrowhead’s issued A-linked units; and
- B-linked units in Arrowhead, such that SBSA’s total beneficial interest has increased to 5.19% of
Arrowhead’s issued A-linked units, and
- on behalf of all its clients (including SBSA), (“Foord Clients”) of that number of B-linked units in
Arrowhead, such that collectively, Foord Clients’ total beneficial interest has increased to 6.47% of
Arrowhead’s issued B-linked units.
