that Mr GSJ van Nieuwenhuizen has resigned as an Independent
Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
The board of Imbalie Beauty wishes to thank Mr van
Nieuwenhuizen for the valuable contribution that he has made
to the Company during his tenure as a director.
