TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”) and
Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011, linked unitholders are advised that
Ascension has received notification from Delta Property Fund Limited (“Delta”) of the acquisition by
Delta of Ascension B-linked units, such that Delta now holds 11.54% of Ascension’s issued B-linked units.
