CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT – CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 12 February 2014,
wherein the new appointments to the board of directors of Austro was announced and are advised that the
curriculum vitae for Paul Baloyi contained an error. Paul Baloyi is currently the chairman of Talent
Holdings (Pty) Ltd and not the chief executive officer and serves on the board of Bidvest Bank Limited and
not Bidvest Group.
